The original buckles with springs often can only spring to one side during disassembly, which limits the improvement of production efficiency. 1. Inspection tool buckle design plan:

By integrating the snap cap component and the swing arm component separately, after the processing is completed, use wire cutting to separate the snap cap component and the swing arm component into two parts from the middle, that is, the snap cap component is divided into the left and right parts. The snap cap and the right snap cap divide the swing arm assembly into a left swing arm and a right swing arm. The mating parts processed in this way fit perfectly, and there will be no misalignment or inconsistent size. When the snap holes are changed, Only the snap cap needs to be changed, and the swing arm does not need to be changed;

In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical solution of the present invention is as follows: a buckle mechanism for inspection tools, which is composed of a buckle cap assembly, a swing arm assembly, a rotating shaft and a buckle seat;
3. The snap cap assembly consists of a left snap cap and a right snap cap that are cut from the middle using a wire cutting machine;
4. The swing arm assembly consists of a left swing arm and a right swing arm cut from the middle using a wire cutting machine;
5. The left snap cap is fixedly connected to the top of the left swing arm, and the right snap cap is fixedly connected to the top of the right swing arm. The left swing arm and the right swing arm are located on both sides of the rotating shaft, and are movably connected to the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is in an inverted T shape. Fixed on the buckle seat;
Since the buckles of different specifications of inspection tools have different requirements, it is necessary to optimize the design of the inspection tools during design to improve the eating efficiency and detection accuracy of the inspection tools, improve the use efficiency and detection accuracy of the inspection tools, and reduce development cost.

Before the buckle structure is used in the product, it will be put into the inspection tool to check whether the buckle parts meet the standards. In the previous inspection tool mechanism, each part of the inspection tool was processed separately and then assembled together. This method of processing will cause the two mating parts to be misaligned or have inconsistent sizes, which requires the parts to be reprocessed.
